"Home of the best Fajitas in town".

It's a Family owned and operated Restaurant that originally opened in the Aurora area over 11 years ago. Owners Alberto Granados and wife Lucia, not only run a great restaurant, but they also stay busy enjoying their kids Samantha, Sarahi, Alberto JR, and Allan. Originally they are from the Mexican state of Guanajuato, Hometown Jerecuaro. It's located in the middle of the country in Mexico where all the flavors from a whole country mix together ans give the best season of all around. Since the Granados family spends most of their time in their Colorado Restaurants, they also want to ensure it feels like home to you. Because of their success, they opened their second location in Castle Pines in early 2011. What a great adventure the family has embarked on with their Castle Pines restaurant and are thankful to be joined by new loyal Castle Rock and Castle Pines customers.

Still after successful years they continue striving for their customers by offering the highest and freshest quality ingredients possible. Their expansive menu offers you meal choices from the best Fajitas in town to carne asada, chiles rellenos, sea food, burritos, enchiladas, tacos, chimichangas, and most importantly many desserts. If lunch isn't an option, then stop in for happy hour which runs from 3 pm to 6 pm. Las Fajitas have a fully stocked bar with a variety of wine, beer, margaritas, and extremely tempting cocktails. When it comes to dinning, we want more for you, as you deserve it.
